Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Solar Animal Repellent! We are committed to delivering your solar animal repellers efficiently and securely. Please review our shipping policy below:

1. Shipping Rates

Shipping is free on every order over $50. Orders under $50 ship at a flat rate of $8.95 per order. Your exact shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

2. Where We Ship

We currently ship to the United States and Canada only. If your country is not offered at checkout, we are not able to deliver there yet.

3. Processing Time

All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) after your order is placed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing on the next business day.

4. Delivery Times

For orders shipped within the United States we use reliable carriers such as USPS or UPS, and you can expect delivery within 5-10 business days after shipment. Canadian orders typically arrive within 7-14 business days after shipment. These are estimates; actual delivery may vary.

5. Duties and Taxes

Canadian orders may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by Canadian customs. These charges are set by the destination country, are not included in the item price or shipping cost, and are the responsibility of the buyer.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use it to monitor the status and estimated delivery date of your package on the carrier's website.

7. Shipping Delays

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, Solar Animal Repellent is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, adverse weather, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will always do our best to help you resolve any issue that comes up.

8. P.O. Box and APO/FPO Addresses

We support shipping to P.O. Box and APO/FPO addresses. These orders ship exclusively via USPS.

9. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@solaranimalrepellent.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date for a lost package, or within 7 days of delivery for a damaged one. Include your order number and any relevant details, such as photos of the damaged packaging or item. We will work with the carrier to investigate and find a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement or a refund.
